Data we process
What you provide in the form or on WhatsApp: name, phone, e-mail (optional), town, type and approximate size of the paving, a description of the problem and any photographs you attach (1 to 5).
Attached photographs
Photos are used only to assess the paving and prepare the quote. The form sends them as e-mail attachments to oficina@adoquineshundidos.eu; the web server does not keep them. Please avoid including people, number plates or other unnecessary details.
Photos are kept in the mailbox while the quote is being handled and, if the work goes ahead, for the contract period and applicable legal retention periods. You can ask for them to be deleted at any time by writing to oficina@adoquineshundidos.eu.
Purpose and legal basis
Handling your request and preparing a quote (pre-contractual steps at your request, article 6.1.b GDPR) and, where applicable, your explicit consent given by ticking the form box (article 6.1.a).
Recipients
Data is not passed to third parties unless legally required. The hosting and e-mail providers act as data processors.
Your rights
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to oficina@adoquineshundidos.eu. You may also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
