How is this list organised?
Municipalities are grouped by comarca, the traditional sub-regions of the province. Where a town has its own page on this site, its name links to it; those pages explain local access, common problems and examples of the areas within the municipality. Each comarca also links to an area hub on our sister site adoquinadomalaga.eu, which covers block paving in general for that part of the province.
A few municipalities are assigned to different comarcas by different official sources. We follow the assignment used in our geographic data and note the main cases at the end of this page. It makes no difference to whether we can help you.
Costa del Sol Occidental
Six of our dedicated town pages are in this comarca, and every one of its nine municipalities is on the coast according to our data, except Benahavís. If your villa, townhouse or community has a driveway or pool surround, those are typically where sunken paving shows first. Background on paving in this comarca is on the Costa del Sol Occidental hub.

Málaga-Costa del Sol
This comarca consists of the city of Málaga alone. Our city page goes through each of its eleven districts with the barrios we list for them, because access, ownership of surfaces and community rules vary so much within a large city. The Málaga-Costa del Sol hub gives the wider paving context.
Axarquía
The largest comarca by number of municipalities runs from the coast at Rincón de la Victoria, Vélez-Málaga, Algarrobo, Torrox and Nerja up into many inland villages. Three coastal towns have their own pages; for the others, contact us in the same way. See also the Axarquía hub.

Valle del Guadalhorce
An inland comarca. If your home stands on its own plot, the drive, the gate entrance and long garden paths are the places to check first. Alhaurín de la Torre and Coín have dedicated pages. The Valle del Guadalhorce hub covers general paving topics for the valley.

Sierra de las Nieves
Eight municipalities, two of which, Istán and Ojén, are placed in other comarcas by some sources. Repairs here are arranged the same way: photos first, then a site check. If you own a village house, its courtyard or entrance is the likely candidate; at a rural property, the drive. General information is on the Sierra de las Nieves hub.

Serranía de Ronda
The comarca with the second-largest number of municipalities in our list, twenty-four in total, including Ronda itself. Distance and access are planning factors here, which is why a clear description of how to reach the property helps us quote. More on paving in the area is on the Serranía de Ronda hub.

Antequera
Eight municipalities including Antequera. Whether you have a townhouse courtyard or a yard at a rural property, the repair logic is unchanged: find why the surface dropped, correct the base and relay. The Antequera area hub covers paving in this comarca more broadly.

Which repairs can we carry out in any of these municipalities?
The full range of our services is available across the province: lift and relay with base correction, re-levelling, loose pavers, sinking driveways, tree-root damage, drainage and standing water and subsidence diagnosis. Send us a photo and the approximate m² – free, no-obligation quote.
Why do some towns appear under a different comarca elsewhere?
Official divisions differ. The Junta de Andalucía and the Diputación de Málaga do not always assign a town to the same comarca, and two municipalities, Serrato and Montecorto, were created in 2014. Our data places Sierra de Yeguas in Antequera, Cuevas del Becerro and El Burgo in Serranía de Ronda, and Istán and Ojén in Sierra de las Nieves, although other sources group them differently.
Frequently asked questions
Do you really cover all 103 municipalities of Málaga province?
Yes. Every municipality listed on this page is within our working area. Twelve have their own page on this site, but the service, the method and the way you request a quote are identical for all of them.
My town has no dedicated page. Can you still help?
Yes. A dedicated page simply means we have written local guidance for that town. Send photos and the location of your property, and we will assess the problem exactly as we would anywhere else.
Where is your business based?
The business is run by a self-employed contractor, Bauman Raymond Attila, with an address in Marbella. From there we serve the whole province, coast and interior.
Does distance affect the quote?
Distance and access are among the cost factors, along with area, the state of the base, edging and drainage. That is why we ask for the location and a note on how the property is reached.
What is a comarca?
A comarca is a traditional grouping of neighbouring municipalities within a Spanish province. Málaga province has nine. We use them here only to make the list easier to scan.
Why is Istán listed under Sierra de las Nieves?
Sources disagree: some place Istán in Costa del Sol Occidental and others in Sierra de las Nieves. Our geographic data assigns it to Sierra de las Nieves. Either way, we cover it.
What do the area hub links lead to?
They lead to comarca pages on our sister site adoquinadomalaga.eu, which covers block paving in general: materials, bases and new installations. All the sites in this network are run by the same self-employed contractor.
Do you work for communities of owners across the province?
Yes. We repair shared drives, paths, courtyards and pool surrounds for communities in any municipality, once the owners' meeting has approved the work under the Horizontal Property Law.
Can I arrange a repair while I live outside Spain?
Yes, wherever the property is. We work by email or WhatsApp in English, and during the job we send photos of each stage so you can see the corrected base before the blocks go back.
How do I start, whatever my town?
Send us a photo and the approximate m² of the affected area, plus the municipality and a note on access. We reply with our view of the cause, the type of repair and a free, no-obligation quote.
