What makes a paving repair in Fuengirola different to plan?
Mostly logistics. In a compact town, the paved area is often small but the access is tight: a patio reached through a flat, a community entrance shared with neighbours, or a frontage where a van can stop only briefly. Who has to agree before work starts?
If you own the patio outright, you decide. If the paving is a shared entrance, courtyard or communal garage ramp, the owners' meeting must approve it under the Horizontal Property Law, and the administrator can tell you the precise majority. The procedure for a paving job on private land is set by the current Fuengirola ordinance, which the town hall can confirm.

Frequently asked questions
Can you repair a small patio that is only reachable through the house?
Yes. Small enclosed patios are often repaired by hand. We protect floors along the route, bring bedding in by barrow or bag and take lifted material out the same way. Tell us about the access when you send photos.
Why do blocks sink around the manhole in our entrance?
The ground dug out to install the chamber was refilled, but probably not compacted in thin layers. Over time it settles and the blocks around the cover follow it down. We lift a ring around the chamber, recompact and relay.
Do you work in Los Boliches and Torreblanca?
Yes, and in every other part of Fuengirola, including Carvajal, Los Pacos, Pueblo López and El Higuerón. The method is the same; we simply plan access and parking for each street.
Our community entrance must stay usable. Is that possible?
Usually yes. We can work in sections so there is always a safe route to the door, and mark the work area clearly. The administrator receives the plan in advance so residents can be informed.
